"Interesting, iconic property with lots of history. Fun to stay there once, but incredibly small rooms and bathrooms, an antique elevator, no A/C and the room was 77 degrees which meant opening the windows with no screens and dealing with loud trains all night."

"With the expectation that this was an inexpensive 1 night stop at a Red Roof Inn, the stay was great. The room was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was sparse, but was provided for free, so no complaints. The parking area was very well lit so we felt better about leaving our car overnight. The room was comfortable - wouldn’t want to do an extended stay with 4, but it was fine for an overnight on a longer trip. Overall I was pleased with the price and condition/cleanliness of the hotel. Thanks!"

"Very good experience. Good staff. Made to order omelettes in the morning, clean room good shower comfortable bed and reasonable price. Not much more to ask for!"

"The first thing I heard when I went to checked-in was the male staff on duty saying, "Asian, Asian, Asian" I booked 2 rooms for a party of 8 and notified the hotel that we are going to arrive late like before midnight as we were yet traveling from Utah, and the staff that took the call said that he will notify the next shift front desk staff about our late arrival. We were so tired and to be greeted with a racial remarks was uncalled for and discriminatory. This is the first time I have encountered such a rude front desk staff in my many years of checking in a hotel. I don't understand why he has to utter such racial remarks! He does not deserve to be working a night shift and as a face of the hotel being a front desk staff to welcome guest. Such a terrible experience! "

"Very nice place to stay. We used the laundry facilities…cleanest hotel laundry room! Breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold options. Also, several beverage options and fresh fruit. "

"The building has cracks within the foundation while rooms was average despite the door having open entry for insects, door seal is chipped away."
