This place has had a Sorry for our Dust construction sign for over a year. HVAC did not work, so no ventilation period. TV did not work. This place needs a thorough going thru and need to be shut down while they do it! We have stayed here coming and going during winter several years. We will not be staying here again. This is not a staffing issue.

We were disappointed in the hotel. The description said there was a spa pool, but their renovation took it out.

They were remodeling and the lobby was all torn up. They had it pieced back together by breakfast, but floors were still very dirty. Hallways were dirty. Our room only had heat blowing out of the air conditioner, and after several trips to front desk, they finally sent up maintenance man before he left for day and he was able to rig it so that the fan was able to blow cool air, but room stayed fairly warm all night.
