The room was generally clean and in good, modern shape, except for the small toilet/bath room, where the floor is a bit old and ugly. To say that they offer 'breakfast' is a stretch. They provide yogurt, mini-muffins, mini-donuts, fruit cups, cereal, and coffee, but there is no place to sit. You have to grab a few items and take them back to your room. You have to want sugar. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Very reasonable and clean! Safety is a priority here, which gives you peace of mind. Breakfast is not sit down but rather simple grab-and-go style, which suited us fine. Will stay again.

The bed was very good and it was very quiet. But the free breakfast was cereal, some fruit, yogurt, coffee and juice. No place to sit down and eat. Oh yeah they did have a waffle maker. It seemed like a very sketchy place.

Good basic stay in Farmington. I always stay here when I visit. Nothing fancy but the room is clean. Bedding is clean. Shower hot, A/C works well. Feels safe. Parking is easy. Easy to get in and out. Breakfast is rather poor, with donuts from Walmart that aren’t super good, orange juice, yogurt cups. There’s a park right next door and you can walk or jog along the river.

Staff was great, that wasn’t the problem. Our sheets were stained. The bathroom was tiny and had severe water damage and was essentially falling apart around us. The parking lot was dirty as well. Overall, I would never stay here again.
