「The Arden held the charm of my 10-day trip. It is located across the street from the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. I stayed in a Deluxe room with an incredible bathroom! It had a huge tub and dual rain-showers. It appeared newly renovated. Breakfast was both a la carte and buffet. Dinner was a nice atmosphere, inside and outside. I think the most delight was created by the staff, specifically the hotel manager Sai who was so kind and attentive.」

「The room is clean and spacious, however we are very disappointed that the staff were not attentive and the pub was understaff in the morning. We were waiting for almost 30 minutes to order and there was only one waiteress serving. We couldn’t be bothered and had breakfast somewhere else.」
