「This place is the perfect place for a romantic getaway. Hot tub property is amazkng. I have stayed here 2 times and always awsome. Close to downtown. 」

「The staff was so Friendly!! Clean rooms and the amenities were top notch. I liked the room service paper they gave upon check in where you could request items you needed and if you wanted them to come in the room or leave on the door. The pool area was very nice. My only critic would be the adult pool was not heated like the kid pool. The beds, pillows and couch was very comfortable as well. Overall, excellent stay!」

「We had to check out 2 days early due to the impending winter storm. We were told we would likely get a refund for the 2 nights we couldn't stay. Can someone let me know if that is the case and when we will get the refund?」

「It has been awhile since I have stayed at this hotel and one feature that stands out is the quiet door close feature Thank you for having this feature in your doors as this drives me crazy when staying at hotels and you have constant door slamming. 」

「The staff were friendly and quickly accommodating when we asked for a couple extra blankets. They were cheerful and friendly at check-in and checkout even though they were working through the holiday, and the free breakfast buffet was tasty. 」

「由於從台灣到此出差，有14小時時差，除了工作時間外，常在房間休息。 然而因為房間的隔音效果差，在房間休息時常受其他房間開關門聲影響，其他房客在走廊上嬉鬧顯的吵雜。 又房間內的WIFI訊號不是很穩定，使用通訊軟體打電話時常斷訊。 房間內的微波爐建議擺放簡易說明書。 櫃台服務很好，快速退房也很方便。 自機場抵達及離開時皆能快速安排車輛接駁很方便。」
