「The staff were amazing」

「The rooms were very nice and the staff was very friendly and easy to contact. The hotel was up in the mountains and far away from every where. Nothing is in waking distance. They were doing construction on the outside of the building while we were there. The neighborhood boys would come to the basketball court early when they were out of school and you could hear them, so there's no sleeping in on the weekends or early evening hours naps. The check in process for me was not so good due to...

「Very nice and clean, just as shown in the pictures. However was very difficult to find based off of the address and description. The guard at the gate didn’t know either and was not helpful at all. Once we found our way in, everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay here, the host hired a very nice driver, Ramone who took us around town during our stay. I would recommend this place, but just a disclaimer if you get lost, reach out to the owner, he will message you the day of your check in.」

「Room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Bed was comfortable a& air conditioning worked well. Bathroom was spacious with good shower & toiletries provided. Hotel provides luggage storage which was handy as we arrived before check in. Staff are all very nice and polite & hotel felt very safe. Great location but a little noisy with clubs next door and main road traffic. If you are a light sleeper you may find this a problem. My criticisms of the hotel are that the breakfasts were not good.
