「I stayed here with my friends for the Xdinary Heroes concert and the staff were very friendly! I loved how it was just a quick 5-7 minute walk to the venue. I would definitely stay here again if there were another artist coming to the same area. I also think the price was great for three people and one night! The parking fee was also cheaper than other hotels I’m aware of that are really close to venues like that. 」

「The property is beautiful with many amenities. The staff is helpful. Rooms are spacious and beautiful. The pool and atmosphere are fantastic. The only negative is that you have to pay to park your car ($18/day). I feel that parking should not be an added charge if you are staying overnight in the hotel.」

「We chose the Hyatt House Dallas/Uptown because it advertised as walking distance to the American Airlines Center. It was PERFECT to be able to walk to the Center and back after a game. The room was quite large and the kitchenette came in handy. Breakfast was pretty good. Saturday's breakfast was GREAT with Tammy taking orders for customized waffles! We were bummed that the pool was closed, but all in all - a great hotel to stay at!」
