「Based on all the reviews. We were not disappointed at all. The rooms were updated and very clean. The only thing would be a nice coffee station at the front desk for the morning coffee we had to run to Starbucks every morning. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.」

「The family managing the place was so warmth and accomodating. Place is stunning, amazingly beautiful. Beeakfast is a sit- down being served by the family, so delicious too. property is well maintained, room is perfectly clean.」

And all for a better price than you can find anywhere else in expensive Anchorage. The outside of the building is a little scruffy but the apartment itself is everything you need. 「Toilet would not flush every time it was used. Hit or miss. Asked the front desk for help and the desk attendant’s only advice was to try to flush it again. When I told her that would make it over flow, an employee that was socializing in the lobby said he would plunge it. When it happened again, they just gave us the plunger to deal with it. Safe did not work. When asked for help, employee came to look at it, he just said he didn’t have any knowledge on how to fix it. Then explained they fired...

「This did not feel like a safe building or area. Room was bare bones but not particularly clean, and the deadbolt had been removed from the interior of the door. Would not have felt safe without my husband also there, and even so we almost changed hotels last second.」

「The room is a total disaster. Broke and battered. Worst Scenario ever faced! Nightmare! Broken everything, the drapes, the electric wall plug were without surface plates exposing the socket , only one socket works out of 2! The shower slide door won’t slide, walls were dirty with lumpy paint tears down the wall. Furniture were aged and dirty and shinny from aged grease rubbing on it. Fabric were vintage and old. Flooring was dull and old . Insufficient lighting. Worst if worst experience!」

「This was an easy property to find with convenient parking. An easy drive to downtown Anchorage and restaurants nearby. Our host welcomed us with fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the apartment.」
