"This property is overrated, very average, service stuff rude and unapologetic, dirty room, bathtub was clogged. Panama beach was nice but not a place I will comeback "

"The staff at this location were all amazing!!! So helpful! I had surgery on my neck and they put us on the 5th floor. The elevator kept breaking and I could not carry stuff up and down the stairs so the staff helped greatly! Looks like they have tried to remodel. Beds were super comfy which I was surprised!! Would stay again if elevator worked! "

"Breakfast and bar are nice but pricey. Surrounding area offers tons of restaurants and shopping and the private beach is only a 5-minute walk. We stay here every time we visit Miramar 5-6 times a year. Overall for location and price, you can’t beat it!!"

"Clean room and accommodation from staff was constantly given , however we came and apparently there was a convention or tournament and the one amenity that was warm enough to get in was constantly full of teenagers. Though they were guests too the fact that it was chilly everyday besides one day out of our 4 we should have been able to get in the hot tub without being overly crowded . I think I counted 30 teens in the hot tub on multiple occasions . They should maybe implement an age range at certain times for guests in the hot tub . Of course the children weren’t considerate even after the front desk and security tried to get them to at least take a break and let others get in. I also didn’t like the fact that I paid for the breakfast each day but didn’t like what they had available and wanted to get a refund for the remaining days and was told no . Also there were several children running up and down the hallways on our floor either early in the morning or late at night ."

"Great beach view. Nice part of the beach. Parking is terrible and the cleanliness and condition of the rooms are embarrassing."

"The pool was great it had two. I dont think you should have to pay an extra $10.00 a day for parking if you rented a room already..."

"We loved Surf & Sand!!! The room was great! Staff were very accommodating and friendly. My only real complaint is that the breakfast is very basic and bland. Kat is my favorite employee, she was amazing and very helpful in our stay here. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel!!!!! I highly recommend using the free kayak rentals here it's really calm and fun at the same time! People complain about the sand but it's unavoidable, if your room doesn't have sand everywhere, you didn't enjoy it how you're suppose to."
