The parking situation was atrocious. But the value, quality, and service were pretty great, minus some noise from outside construction early in the morning. All around it was a very pleasant stay, and would stay again.

We had booked the two-bedroom apartment for our family of four. It was just right and had a spacious balcony. Everything you need for your stay is provided including tea, coffee, salt and pepper. The 24-hour front desk is very convenient and is manned by knowledgeable staff. They do give you extra towels, bedsheets, pods for dishwasher and washer, if required. Cleaning services are provided at an extra charge. We stayed at Rue Mackay, which is very conveniently located close to supermarkets, the...

Parking on sight for a reasonable price in an underground garage. The rooms are large and comfortable and clean. Front desk staff late at night was GREAT

Huge and complete apartment in a great location. Good breakfast and cordial staff. The only complaint is the pillows - they’re awful. The guests deserve better ones.

Excellent location. Cute place. Loved all the nearby restaurants. We enjoyed Spanish Tapas the first night right across the street, then Sammi’s Dumplings the last night and a Persian Late at Montiran Cafe one evening. The metro stop is just a block away, so it was easy to come and go during the day. Our room was facing Saint-Denis, so there was always light out, even with the roller blind down. If you are a light sleeper, there was a lot of noise outside, maybe because of some nearby...

Excellent location! Great food! Great pool! Very satisfying experience. Would definetly come back!

We loved this hotel 20 years ago and it is just as stunning as we remembered. The building and interior are absolutely stunning, beds were comfy and awesome staff, especially Ella who worked reception in the evening. She is warm, kind and will take excellent care of you.

We are definitely coming back to this location. Parking was great. If you have a big car.. full suv or truck, this is perfect! The suite is clean. I do wish they had the same shade in the rooms also in the living room and dining. Ppl can see you from the outside bc the curtains are see through. They don’t have a gym but there is one down the street, which they give you a vulture. Convince store down the street.

Perfect spot in town so you can walk to all the sights. The loft was big and every bit as nice as the pictures.

Fantastic find central location and accessible

Excellent room, in a nice neighborhood. Breakfast was good.

Getting into my room was annoying every time it took three or four attempt after inputting the code for the door to unlock

It is in a great location to get out into the old town and downtown Montreal. It felt very safe. Was quiet. Geat for going to a conference at the Palais.

My favorite place to stay downtown -- clean generously sized rooms, comfy beds, the kitchenette is a big convenience, and only 3 blocks to Musee Des Beaux Arts & Salle Bourgie. Staff is super friendly & helpful. Cafe Aunja (Persian tea room) is close, also try Yen (Japanese cafe), and Le Chef (yummy middle eastern home cooking) Plougastel Boulangerie has wonderful croissants and breads -- go early, they sell out daily!

Great hotel above a popular Ethiopian restaurant in the perfect location in the Plateau. Staff could not have been more friendly. Very close to great food and Metro. Highly recommend.

This hotel is very nice, our room and shower were comfy and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location. The breakfast is simple, but as expected for a quick, fast bite. We ate at Eggspectations for a breakfast(nearby). The underground mall had so much food, also nearby. Across the street was a multi restsurant dining experiance. Rue Catherine was so close and we walked that day and night for food, leisure. This hotel is in prime location for tourists.
