「Staff was Terrific」

「The room was dirty and did not have what was discribed or pictured. The bathroom shower was unclean and stained. There was no breakfast only coffee. The staff was unhelpful and not willing to allow us to switch rooms or help us what so ever. Very disappointing. Also it's no longer a Fairview it's now a Wyndham which makes the stay even more disappointing because our states with Wyndham are generally very positive.」

While the new esspresso machines in rooms are nice/high end, there was no option (regular coffee pot or microwave) to heat water for the tea and oatmeal I had packed (since I am not a coffee drinker or early riser). Only a coffee option in the lobby, as well. They do have a nice little coffee shop down the street called Blue Collar, however. i.d. restaurant and bar in hotel was wonderful. 「From the moment you walk doors, you know youve made the right choice on to stay. I was greeted with a smile and a welcome! I was expecting the normal hotel area but instead a very nice bar with a with restaurant with a very nice breakfast lunch and dinner menu. And for your late night cravings a huge grab and go area. My room was spacious and very clean. Theres nothing to complaining about when get a great nights sleep on an amazing bed. But the pool area was the best I've ever been in....

「I had two nights of great sleep. Some of the restaurants in the strip mall are rather difficult to walk to. Chik-Fil-A was a bit of a challenge. Then when I was leaving I looked up and saw the car wash, but finally realized that what looked like an easy hike was going to require retracing my path through busy parking lots, back onto the sidewalk and the road when it petered back.」
