"I walked in while she was helping another guest over the phone, and I could tell the guest had a concern. She handled it confidently and stayed friendly. We also had an issue with our key card, and she came right away before I even called the front desk. It was a great experienceand my family slept well."

"This place is new. Our room was spotless. The pullout was terrible - but yet to have a good one… amenities were good but the pool deck could have used a little more cleaning no hot tub and we lost our tooth brushes and they were out of the little cheaply ones"

"There was a water-side walking trail and small park across the road. The area was very picturesque with coastal hills and mountains across the strait, a variety of large commercial ships, fishing boats of various sizes and assorted personal craft. The manager was very friendly and helpful. We had accidentally reserved 2 rooms and it was too late to give a refund. However he kindly upgraded our room; it was recently updated (some minor details still to be done) but fully serviceable. It had sliding door access to the front lawn and overlooked the waterfront described earlier. They offered free cold, bottled water which is a nice touch for travellers."

"Everything was great. I even recommended the hotel to our friends from Montreal who are visiting this week, and they are now booked with your hotel. The only thing that didn't work for us was the Tesla charger."
