「Unfortunately it took us over an hour past our check in time to actually get set up in a room, check in is 4pm and they said our room was not ready yet and will call us, it was around 5pm we got a call, not really anywhere to change if you were going to hang around to wait for check in. The room was okay, beds were not that comfortable. The pool is small and the water park and lazy river are in a different area than where we were staying. Good if you have small kids, we don’t. 「Super clean hotel with helpful staff! Holiday weekend was full of kids activities & family activities. Although they were sold out, the pool area never felt over crowded. The pool side service was phenomenal and the quality of the food was great! We had a great time & will definitely be back!」

「The location was great for the price with a nice view and easy access to the beach. However, the property was not maintained well. The outside of the building was very off-putting upon arrival. The elevator was incredibly hot, slow, and noisy. The inside of the room had very visible damage on the walls and ceiling. The bathroom door had no lock and a huge gap when you shut it all the way. The closet door had to be forced open and kept getting caught on another cabinet door that wouldn't close...
