「This place was awesome, it’s right on the beach and we saw eels, crabs, and fish playing in the reef below. Perfect viewing for sunsets as well. Check in and out was a breeze. Having the full kitchen is nice so we could cook breakfast before we went out and explored. Having the beach towels, coolers, and chairs already at the place really helped when packing for the trip. The place is beautiful surrounded with amazing plants all around. Perfect place to stay in Hawaii. 」

「The property was perfect for our needs. Close enough to everything, yet not in the busiest area. Spacious, clean, quiet and private. The beach view was just a little walk down to the end of the apartments. 」

「In all my travels, I have never had to go to a portal to get my check in information. The check in info needs to either be in the body of the email or made MUCH more clear that there is an additional step. Check in was painful for me BUT they responded quickly and even got us into the condo a bit early. After that, it was smooth sailing. 」

「I loved this little condo. It had a great view the balcony was perfect for coffee in the morning. Loved the salt water pool. I didn’t swim in the regular pool but watched others. It was the perfect little getaway. Mostly quiet during the days. 」

「The property is managed by Knutson & Associates. It is very small and was not properly cleaned. The fans were dusty, and one of the blankets had stains, which made me think it hadn’t been washed. I had to rewash the blankets myself to be sure they were clean. There’s a broom on the wall as decoration, but it was covered in cobwebs. The bathtub had sticky decals on it, and the bathroom trash can was rusty. I also had to call the management company to have one of the cabinets repaired. There are...

「What stands out the most is watching the sunsets while standing out on the narrow deck. Place was so clean and ready for our stay when we entered. Thank you Grand and your cleaners for your excellent service. If there was one thing that might need to improve our the mats. There are 3 main mats (kitchen, bathroom and entry) are very thin and prone to buckling everything we walk over them. What we need are the thicker ones with the sticky bottoms for traction to the hardwood floors. There were a...

「This condo was clean & spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We cooked quite a few meals in the kitchen. The grounds are kept will manicured. The pool & hot tub also very clean. We had a pretty good storm while staying there. The mgmt company stayed in contact throughout wroth updates. They are fantastic to deal with. 」
