「Something’s in the unit need to be upgraded as a few things were run do」

「The appliances were all in pretty poor condition. The fridge was so wet inside from some sorry of condensation issue that the produce drawer had 2 inches of water in it. The microwave door had to be slammed to close. The ceiling fans have a 1 hope max timer, in an apartment without air conditioning. The floor fan quite working in the middle of the night. Location was good, near shipping and tourist stuff. Apartment was clean. however the worst thing is NO SECURITY ONSITE. A bunch of kids had a...

「Place was great. Gotta search the closets, but there's snorkels and beach chairs and everything you'd want for a nice weekend. No AC. Missed that in the initial description, but if you open everything up while you're there it's pleasant. Both of the TVs were bad when we got there, but we texted the people and both were replaced before we left. Would recommend this property to anyone. Good location. Nice amenities. 」

「Everything was great! Chaos and towels to use at the beach! Umbrella came in handy to use at 2step beach; and the cooler was a life saver! We bought ice packs to use, and left them in the cooler for the next guests! Couldn't have been more satisfied with the condo! (Other than maybe a pizza cutter for those buying cheap frozen pizzas for dinner).」

「Loved the property ocean view lots of room the only thing is I wish their fans would work or they had an AC unit I had to buy extra fans it was hot and couldn’t relax with the heat but it was beautiful I recommend if you don’t mind no AC」

「We loved everything about this condo! It was super comfortable and right next to the beach! There were clear instructions and a nice binder of local attractions. It was nice having a separate space for our kids in the second bedroom. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. I will definitely try to book this again next time I travel to Kona!」

「Convenient and safe. Communication was excellent, always calling or emailing updates of things happening at the property. Would have liked it if there was assigned parking.」

「The location was amazing the property was well maintained. Parking was terrible and limited . Very thin ceiling and walls you can hear every step someone takes. The property location was a 5. The inside of condominium was a 2.5 because of thin walls and noisy ceiling every time someone moved!!」
