「Check in process was easy. The room was like the pictures but it did not look as though it gets professionally cleaned. Maintenance was lacking as there were multiple holes in the walls that needed to be touched up. It wouldn’t take long to do and would make the place look more presentable. Floors weren’t very clean either. Found our fob did not work in the elevator so I rang the property managers and spoke to Chloe and she just said well use the stairs which is an absolute ridiculous response...

「Lack of communication. Was supposed to msg me regarding after hours arrival. No msg recd until after we got there and had to try to ring them twice. They then didn't even msg me on the phone number they were supposed to but to another person who was also trying to contact them as we were standing there in the rain. Standing in the rain and wind waiting with no cover and this was only at 7pm at night. No proper signage or lighting to try and access the key box. Room was old and dated not a true...
