"On arrival expecting a quick check in after completing the online check in prior to arrival, there was only one staff member working at the desk assisting another guest. Their check in took a considerable amount of time and despite at least 3 different staff walking past and disappearing into the back office, not one person acknowledged me or offered to assist. We had housekeeping knocking on our door despite having the do not disturb sign up, she had mixed our room up with a guest who had checked out. We attempted to have breakfast at the restaurant but despite many unoccupied tables, they all had dirty dishes that had not been cleared. Attention to detail needed. "

"Absolutely wonderful time staying with you Thank you. We did ask the staff member behind the bar on Sunday afternoon if happy hour was still on ??? , the staff member replied that happy hour was still available. We ordered same drinks and was charged full prices 🙃 We didn't say anything at the time and just decided to take the rest of our business elsewhere for the rest of the afternoon. Apart from this small incident we had a wonderful time Thank you Christopher Gale "

"Bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Floor water trap full of gunk and dust/dirt/plastic top behind bathroom door was yuk. Toilet brush was gross. Everywhere else was really clean. Could like to have had somewhere to hang clothes to dry that couldn't go in a dryer. Staff were fabulous as was the location. "
