"Bed was luxurious! Clean unit with all we needed. Enjoyed breakfast at Harvest Cafe, it was a shame that the person who served us, older lady with glasses and short hair, was so disrespectful towards people who she spoke to re room numbers to confirm breakfast bookings. No patience, rude to people ie ‘I can’t understand what you’re saying, what do you mean’ thankfully on the Monday morning it was back to a more polite and warm person serving people. Only low point in an otherwise wonderful stay. Special shout out to wonderful staff on reception who handed out Xmas cheer in the form of ‘bubbles’ whil we waited to be served. Also were wonderful with customers and most accommodating!"
"Spotless clean rooms and extemely good room service daily. Excellent bfast options and great courteous and kind service during bfast, best location in surfers next to Paradise centre and delux room upgrade and paid late check out were amazibg options. Gym and laundry also great. Loced it guyd. Thabknyoy. Keep it up. See you next time"
"There was an unfortunate incident for the car park access and fees. We were charged by the carpark vendor for 18 hours from 4+ pm to next morning at 10+ am.
And the carpark assistant "Kim" over the intercom was not the least helpful while the queue behind us grew from 3 to 5 cars waiting to exit the carpark. Hence, we paid the AUD 79 to exit the carpark.
Upon return, we approached the front counter and was serviced by the Duty Manager Warren. He was extremely empathic for our experience and had resolved the matter in a professional manner even when we volunteered to pay for the remaining days (Warren waived off the 3 days fees).
Kudos to Warren and Hilton for having a capable Manager leading the team.
A shout out to Kathy too in the Catch Restaurant. She was one of the friendly and attentive staff that had made our breakfast session a pleasant and memorable experience for the past 2 days. Cheers to Kathy!
Will definitely be back at Hilton Surfers Paradise on the next trip!
Keep it up, team!

"The room was very comfortable for my sister and her two grandsons. It had a balcony with a beautiful view of gardens. The boys loved the pool and resort facilities and enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast with their now favourite Nanna! Its close proximity to Sea World was a bonus as it made life simple and easy.
Tickets for Sae World and Movie World were included and made their stay amazing! Best time ever for kids! My 71 yo sister is still recovering lol!"
