"Great clean hotel by airport. "

"Resort was nice, Staff was great! Minor issues,no umbrellas in the beach so we had to rent, 4 out of 6 a la carte were buffets, food was consistantly overcooked. We did have a great time and appreciated the family room which had 3 beds. The lack of privacy due to not having a door between the room and bathroom(shower/sink area) made for poor privacy, especially when traveling with our teenagers. "

"Staff was fabulous. Hotel was beautiful and clean. Highly recommend the Kids Club - kids loved it and they communicate via WhatsApp if anything unplanned happens. Restaurants were beautiful and the food was very good, very fresh and good sized servings."

"Everything was great in the hotel except for the prices of food and drinks that is completely abuse the visitors. For example, A two scone ice cream is $17. Latte $9. It feels like they really take advantage of the visitors by these inflated price all over the property. "

"Hotel and Staff were excellent. The only reason I gave them a 4 star for the parking was because the parking is offsite in a lot which is about a 3 minute walk from the hotel that caught me by surprise. The hotel has listed onsite parking which is not accurate. They do have parking but it’s offsite. Not a big deal for me where I wouldn’t return, I just feel that can be described more accurately."

"I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I was so frustrated and tired my entire stay. I didn’t get to relax how I wanted to on my trip. The place is beautiful but it’s to massive! No one tells you have to hike to get anywhere. In 2 hrs we walked 13,000 steps! We were going in circles, the employees weren’t much help, they kept telling us to go different directions (wrong ways) maybe because the place is fairly new and employees still don’t know their way around but it was very upsetting. The first morning we tried to go to the lago restaurant and it took us over an hour to get there, we get there at 10:15am, breakfast ends at 11am, the line was so long, people waiting everywhere, we tried putting our name on the list and they said we wouldn’t make on time for breakfast because there was so many people waiting. So we went to the lazy river (again we get lost) we get there at 10:50, they told us the same thing, it was too late to eat there. It’s too big of a place, if you decide to go be prepared to go on hikes. All of our feet hurt. The theme park was not in service, my kids wanted to go on the roller coaster but was not open. Will never stay here again. "
