「My family and I loved our stay at Jewel Grande even though there were some things they need to improve. First, the staff were excellent. They were kind, friendly and very helpful. Our butlers Denton and Aston were wonderful. We were celebrating my daughter's 16th birthday and Aston went out of his way to decorate our room and door. 「we were upgraded to the Luxury Side, This was the most beautiful, friendly resort i’ve been to. I am glad to have been upgraded to an adult only side , the food at the la carte’s were amazing!!! and drinks in the main lobby were made perfectly not watered down. I definitely would come again or visit any other resorts they have!! they made it so welcoming!」
