「Fabulous location since super close to the university and esp the baseball / softball field. Just .7 mi away. It is an older building but interior is completely updated. Condo was just as advertised; photos represent well. Very clean and stocked w basics. We only cooked breakfast but there is a full set of pots / pans, dishes, utensils, microwave, etc. shower was great and stocked w soap, shampoo, conditioner. PIllows are a little soft. Bed is kinda tall as it has a full box / top mattress but...

「Absolutely amazing secluded hideaway with everything you could possibly need! Cozy barn equipped with a full kitchen, 2 beds, and a full bathroom. If you forgot something… no worries it there for you! Will definitely be back!」

「A very nice cabin tucked away! We mostly enjoyed the chickens visiting us on the porch during morning coffee! The cabin is about 20 mins from the Springs and grocery store/market. High Springs town about 30 mins. Bring your own ice…no ice maker. If you need anything at all, the owner lives on the large property and happy to help but does respect your privacy…never saw him and the check in process was seemless. Loved the stay and sure you will as well.」

「This was a great house. Large rooms. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Play room if you have kids. 20 min from Palatka. 45 from Gainesville. Stayed here and went to Morgan Wallen concert in Gainesville. Very easy drive. There is a grocery store, Dollar General, CVS, couple fast food restaurants, all within 4/5 miles. My son used to fish in palatka, on St John’s river, and this would be a great place to stay for those tourneys. Communication was great. Check in was very easy, and it was...
