「good」

「This review is for the 2 Queen River View Room. Compared with the 2 Queen Deluxe room, which I had before, the 2 Queen River View Room had a larger bathroom, full-height closet (important for hanging dresses/long garments), luggage rack without asking, 2 bathrobes (instead of 2), 2 facial masks, and a vanity amenities box (cotton balls & swabs, makeup-removing wipes). 「客房服務-額外提供熱水壺煮熱水」

「Clean rooms, friendly service, a wide variety of breakfast options, and very convenient valet parking.」

「When I check in, the staff don't have smile, the whole procedure was in a serious face。Wifi setting was difficult, TV remote control also not user friendly。 Breakfast was terrific。 Good location easy to walk to river side。」

「Very nice, cute room and friendly staff」

「The staff are very enthusiastic, and both the bar and the restaurant are quite good. However, the sound insulation of the windows is very poor, so the sound of the subway outside is very clear. Additionally, the noise from the heating in the room is also quite loud. 」

「the AC is too loud. can't sleep anyway」

「the first night was noisy, 24 hours construction outside. So I asked changing room. That’s better! The breakfast is good but a little bit slow. 」

「The things in the room are old. Especially the bathroom is very dirty and the toilet hasn't been cleaned.」
