「The room was perfectly clean, it was fine! The shower in the bathroom had cracked floor tiles which isn’t a good look. The hairdryer wouldn’t work and needed a new adapter which was supplied on request. We had difficulties with the tv which seemed to have to have the remote pointed at it from directly in front. 「Extremely disappointed about being charged on a minibar item after my departure from Auckland, without prior clarification. Only got an email informing me my credit card was charged. At the time of checkout I explicitly stated that no minibar items were consumed when asked. Felt utterly insulted and robbed when they charged me afterwards, and their behaviour makes me wonder that the hotel could basically charge you on anything after checkout. Would not have noticed if I didn't check my email....

「I was asked if I wanted red or white wine upon check in, later on when I didn’t receive any in the room, I told one of the front desk members about it and he assured me that they would send one up. By the time I checked out I still had not received the free bottle of wine that supposedly came with the reservation. Disappointed. 」
