「We booked the two bedroom Chalet. The view was amazing. Rooms were good size. Beds were comfortable. The chalets do need to be renovated however. It does look a bit run down. The TV is also on a high angle making it uncomfortable to watch anything. Other than that it was a good weekend away.」

「It’s a really great resort with beautiful lake view. We stay in a lake view suit with a large kitchen and all appliances we needed. Would definitely stay there again.」

「In general, everything was old. The door lock was rather flimsy hence I don’t feel secure in the room. Water pressure from shower head was low. We stayed for a few days, No replenishment of toiletries or water, need to request and pick up from concierge. The only plus of this hotel is everyone was very courteous, polite and helpful. This is the first and last time we will stay here. 」

「Very nice. We were in the newer section in the back - the space worked for us. Overall the hotel is fine - we ate dinner there once. Sat on the porch which was a little cold - they have plastic curtains to close it off (to a degree) and radiant heaters. Seems like they were a bit light on staffing - saw only 2 waitstaff - so they had a hard time keeping up. We were there at the end of the season (mid April) so I need to cut them some slack. Russell is nice and peaceful, but quite small. ...
