"Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice cos we got a private pool. A little bit noisy as just behind our villa is a sports centre and also the restaurant music plays til late. The place is generally clean and nice. Thank you."

"The hotel is new. The room I stayed was very clean, quiet and spacious. The staff were very friendly. There is a big mall within 7-min walk. Getting a Grab ride to other places was very easy. I like the TV because it allows me to project my phone and laptop to it. The bed was comfortable."

"My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Montigo. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Special mention to Elisabet who was always so lovely and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. We loved our huge room with private pool to relax in! Loved the jetsking and ATV. Also enjoyed the buffet breakfast and beautiful restaurants on site. Overall we had a lovely stay and would come back again!"

"Got the room with the balcony, which was great. Dining at the hotel; buffet breakfast and dinner was great, good spread of varieties just shame that simple soft drinks such as Coke is not included with the buffet dinner. Hotel is also close and within walking distance from the reopened and revamp mall, which mean good dining options. Hotel is on the quieter side of Batam though, so meaning is farther away from the city center"

"It was my first time in this property. It was generally a good place to stay. Very well maintained and clean. The weekend crowd made the place super congested. The blasting music from nearby at 7am doesn't make a sleep in possible. A let down was the lack of bedding and so you get strictly only 1 pillow per person, which I found unusual."

"Amazing if you want peace and quiet. Note that there is no aircon in the living and dining room. Only bedrooms had AC. Would have been better if they provided chairs at the balcony. If you want to enjoy the balcony view, you’ll have to stand. Walk over to nearby Turi beach for a better pool and sandy beach. Stayed 3 nights, family."
