A Jewel in Batam

This is an excellent location. Close to Nagoya Mall , 5 mins walk. Lots of food places, all types of cuisine. Hotel is immaculate. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It is really safe and secure. Watching the ships in the bay is absorbing ans from my room I can see MBS in Singapore.

Check in was easy and the room was spacious. Corridor was open air and did not feel so safe or sanitary. Breakfast served at a small eatery across the road. Lots of food and cafe options nearby though. Otherwise a decent place for just a night. Walking distance to the mall

The vicinity is superb with amenities and shops. The sound proving is very bad. Next door, chatting outside the balcony is clearly heard and loud. Street noise and motorbikes roaming around with exhaust noise disturb sleep at night.

Convenient location with lots of food choices

Hotel itself is clean and bed is comfortable. But similar to other comments rooms need sound proofing as I can hear the convo of guests next door even if I close the balcony door. Loud laughter from the Kopitiam downstairs while they were watching a match, and loud engine sound when vans or motorbike are on the road. And to think I requested to stay on higher floor ( 3rd floor) instead of the initially assigned 1st level. Otherwise just across the street was a big food Center with lots of food choices. Our favourite was the Mama seafood across the corner, great food and reasonable prices!

1st time going to Batam and stayed in this hotel. Food is very accessible with a wide range available just at the ground floor. Convenient supermarket and dessert shop are available too. Room is big and I liked them with Balcony. Environment is clean and staff is very polite

Great location with coffeeshop, supermarket and massaging parlour just below the hotel. Short distance to malls like Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and Grand Batam mall. However corridors are facing a large drain which may not be pleasant smelling at times. Rooms are clean and massive, with Disney and Netflix on the TV. Service from the staff is great and warm. 10/10 would stay here again. Thank you.

There's no fridge in the room, n the tissues paper is normal long type but was put into a smaller square tissue box, this became very difficult to take out the tissue and the corridor is open concept which feel dangerous like people can climb in. Nothing surrounding the location and it's inconvenient as the new market NTC has closed down
