"The home is about 5-7 minutes from historic downtown, depending on traffic. It was very easy to get to. The neighbors were all very quiet, and it was a quiet area. My car was too large to park in the garage but there is space for that and at least two cars in driveway. I love that the bedrooms were upstairs so my husband could go downstairs while I slept in a bit. We did not use the back yard but it was large with fire pit and grill if larger family was staying for a bit. The couch is not very...

"very clean inside, good beds. Grounds were unmowed and this property is located in an insafe area, even though it's only a few miles from downtown. I would recommend providing paper towels, better quality bath towels (they are so thin), a whisk in the kitchen, a mixing bowl in the kitchen, a larger cooking pot and maybe make the property more welcoming (inviting) there was zero style (very bland) - zero pictures on the wall. "My friend and I stayed at this beautiful home on a planning trip for our non-profit youth theater company. The property was well maintained and clean and provided a lovely place to relax and get some work done. We loved staying here!"

"Nicely furnished, well equipped, spacious accommodation just a minute’s walk from St John’s river and 5 minutes from the ocean. We enjoyed using the bikes for a ride to the beach and the hot tub and fire pit on the terrace in the evening. Coffee pods and cookies on arrival were a lovely, welcome gesture. Would definitely stay again. "
