「Excellent location brilliant staff」

「Upon check-in, I received an enticing offer to upgrade to the Presidential Suite at a 50% discount. Since it was our last night in Turkey, I decided to surprise my wife with this luxurious experience. The suite featured full amenities and included a complimentary bottle of wine, along with spacious living, dining, and relaxation areas. There was even a pool table on the upper floor! The steam room was fantastic, and the jacuzzi was equally delightful. However, the rain shower had a slight issue...

「The hotel is located in one of the best areas of Istanbul. Traffic makes reaching the hotel a little difficult, but there are many shops and resturants as soon as you step out of the hotel. The staff were very polite and very helpful, especially Sina at the reception.」

「The hotel is generally very good and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good with plenty of choice, and the location in Nişantaşı is excellent. There are many cafés, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The staff were always very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The only major downside is the sound insulation. Unfortunately, you can hear almost everything from neighboring rooms – conversations, footsteps, doors, and even videos...

「The residence is located at a great neighborhood with lots of grocery and food options nearby, although the nearby restaurants (especially in Nisantasi) are a bit overpriced compared to central Istanbul. My favorite food go-to nearby was Besiktas, which was a 20-min walk and the prices were more reasonable. The residence staff were very helpful and highly responding. There's no routine housekeeping, but they will provide the service when requested. The apartment we stayed in was well maintained...

「This is a totally new renovated property with very new updated rooms and lounges. It has beautiful views of the Bosphorus and the outdoor lounge is great. It is a bit far from most attractions and requires cab rides, but not too long.」

「We ate the included breakfast buffet a couple of days. It was ok. They did make me an omelet when I asked for it. There is a restaurant on the premises and we had dinner there one night. The food was very good. The room needed a little upkeep. The floors were warped and the door to the terrace almost came off of the hinges. The refrigerator in the room is not for food. It is maybe only for drinks. They will keep items for you in their refrigerator downstairs. Learned that after my yogurt and...
