「If you looking for the stay in small hotel in the middle of busy everyday life in Istanbul this is the option It is affordable and people are vey nice out there. They were very helpful and tried to make your stay more comfortable. They made me Turkish tea so I can enjoy quiet evening on the open terrace. I definitely will come again.」

「It used to be a well maintained and clean hotel but not anymore, I booked a suite , the rooms weren't clean at all, most of the stuff in the room are broken, like the shower handle,the lamp near my bed that once I turn it on it starts flickering because of a short circuit, which I was scared about since it's connected to the bed, as for room service, the first day they didn't clean my room, after telling the manager they did send to clean the next day, then the day after also no one came and...

「The hotel is not what it claims to be. First of all, the hotel is categorized as a 3-star hotel, not a 4-star hotel, which is also clearly displayed at the reception. I booked a Deluxe room, but I was initially given a Standard room on the 4th floor without any explanation. My first room was also not properly cleaned, and after checking it, the staff eventually had to agree. They did change my room without any problem, which I appreciated. However, changing the room did not solve the issues....

「The location is brilliant less tham 1 km to the harbour, Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. The staff are so helpful especially Murat. The Terrace view is spectacular for breakfast or evening cocktails. Would highly recommend and the pool is great after a day of sight seeing.」

「It is very convenient if you are coming for the exhibition near by ,besides restaurant in hotel and opposite hotel , there is also a hidden bridge to the Airport shopping area which is just about 15 minutes walk. Strongly recommend if you are coming for a show.」
