In general, we had a decent stay, though the service did not live up to five-star expectations. We reported a problem with our room upon arrival, but it was never addressed. While parts of the hotel are undeniably elegant and consistent with a luxury standard, the overall guest experience—particularly in terms of service and certain facilities—felt more comparable to a four-star property. The hotel’s location in the Nişantaşı district is lovely and was certainly one of the most enjoyable aspects of our visit

Overall, our stay was pleasant, but the service did not fully meet expectations. We encountered an issue with our room at check-in that was never properly resolved, which was disappointing. While some areas of the hotel are truly five-star in terms of design and atmosphere, the overall service—especially the attention to guests—and some of the amenities felt more in line with a four-star hotel. That said, the location in Nişantaşı is excellent: a beautiful, elegant neighborhood with great shopping, restaurants, and a lively yet refined atmosphere

This hotel never fails to make me feel like I’m in my own home! The staff are professional, friendly and helpful! The front desk reached out before our check in and answered all questions. The Bar Lobby staff are excellent especially Hamza. Every staff in the front desk are fantastic. Highly recommended is you are coming to Istanbul for business or shopping or leisure.

Really good to stay outside the old town. Streets are busy outside the hotel so taxis were not always willing to take you places but the hotel staff always helped. Metro is very easy and sometimes walkable destinations. Spa for a hammam at the hotel was amazing. Breakfasts were excellent.

the property was perfect, we just faced a problem that room services keep pushing the doors in the morning and that was noisy and distruptive, also the cups were not cleaned well and had lipstick on them (twice). other than that the location is great for shopping and dining.

5 Days in Istanbul, my first time

The location is perfect, across the street is a mall, and all around it are cafes/restaurants and more shops, all are walking distance. The staff are super friendly, the hotel is very clean and quiet. I booked the Tranquility room, my only comments are the following: - the room doesn't have a desk if you want to do work on your laptop - you can only control the AC on/off and fan speed, not the temperature (which is controlled from the reception only) - i didn't find the bed mattress comfortable enough, which was a big deal for me apart from the above, everything else was great would i stay there again? the location would make me say: yes, but the bed makes me say no.

Anna and Mehmet took care of us with the greatest customer service. Nothing was too hard for them to organise and they were so reliable. The ladies in the Stay clothing & jewellery section and the taxi Helpers in the front were amazing. Anna organised Hammam and spas for us, trips etc… she was so reliable and was spot on with her organising. She would check with us personally the next day if all went well. I have flown out for over a week and wanted to buy the pillows which were best pillows out if all my hotel stays. Anna is still helping us from overseas and offering us her great service. We loved The Stay. Best service and great hotel, very convenient location and best spa and Hammam we went every evening that we were in Istanbul
