旅館とホテルが融合した最高の宿

家族３人で２泊しました。 事前にいろいろな評価があってちょっと心配しましたが、結果は大満足でした。 名称のとおり、老舗旅館的ではなく、旅館とホテルのいいとこ取りを素晴らしいバランスでされていると思います。 料理も格式ばった料亭のほどではありませんが、バラエティに富み、２泊しても飽きず、夕食朝食ともに美味しくいただきました。 夕食も朝食も部屋ごとの個室で、そこで食事をしている間に布団の上げ下ろしをしてくれます。 部屋や設備も掃除が行き届いており綺麗です。 外国人スタッフも含めて全員の応対も好感が持てるものでした。 リラックスコーナーには、お水（地下水で美味しい）、ジュース、コーヒー、スパークリングワイン、アイスが無料であります。 庭も美しく、特に夜のライトアップは最高です。 駐車はバレーパーキング方式で、玄関口で鍵を渡す方式で到着時、出発時ともに便利です。 アメニティもロクシタンなどで素晴らしい。 ネガティブな評価は、高級老舗旅館と比較している人などなのかなと思いました。また、そういった評価をもとに常に改善されている宿だと感じました。おススメです。

2泊させていただきました。従業員の方々はとてもいい丁寧に対応していただき、その点は大変満足しています。気になった点は2つです。 1つは個室風呂付きの部屋に泊まりましたが、バルコニーに取ってつけたようなもので、まるで自宅のバルコニーでお風呂に入っているような気分でした。当然、女性陣は即却下で大風呂へ行っていました。謎の解放感はありますが、少なくとも旅館で味わうものではないと思います。 もう1つは食事です。味はそれなりですが、量がものすごく多いのと、メニュー割と単調で、

家族4名、アクアと臥龍で部屋を取りました 清潔な室内でしたがやはり窓側のベットサイドは少し寒かったです。 男性の浴場に竜の彫り物の方がいらっしゃったそうです。 ちょっとビックリだったようです。トラブルなし。

ゆっく快適にすごせました。

コロナ対策もしてあり接客等も素晴らしかったです。東京ナンバーの車が数台見受けられたので警戒してしまいましたが食事も個室で他の宿泊者とは殆ど会わなかったので良かったです。

Best of Japanese hospitality

This is my first visit to an onsen resort. Japanese hospitality at its best. They treated me like a royalty. The kaiseki banquet dinner and a full Japanese dinner are included in the price. I had a patio onsen bath with an outdoor view as well as an access to their public bath. This is a great deal compared to an equivalent amount of money spent in a decent hotel in a major US city.

Une expérience unique

Le lieu, l'hôtel, l'atmosphère sont propices au repos. Tout d'abord, le personnel est merveilleux et engage tous les moyens pour se faire comprendre si l'on ne parle pas japonais (pancartes, fiches explicatives). On y va pour tenter l'expérience d'une vie japonaise en revêtant des kimonos (si l'on souhaite) pour déambuler dans l'hôtel et ses multiples lieux dédiés à la relaxation et la contemplation (onsen privé ou collectifs, jardin, terrasse, aquariums) en buvant du thé ou du café à disposition. Les chambres de style japonais sont sobres mais spacieuses et confortables et ajoutent encore à l'expérience d'un séjour d'évasion. A cela il faut ajouter la cuisine proposée par l'hotel, traditionnelle et complétement hors des clous de notre culture. Le dîner et le petit déjeuner sont des expériences à part entière qui méritent à eux seuls le séjour. Loin du tumulte de Tokyo, le séjour permet d'opérer une coupure bienvenue et inoubliable.

ゆっくりさせていただきました。 東照宮参拝後、近くまで迎えにきてくださり、チェックインの手続きの時はウエルカムドリンクとお菓子が出て、食事も個室で、お料理もコースでしたが、どれも非常に美味しかったです。お風呂も、混み合うことなく、露天風呂でゆっくり浸からせていただき、疲れが取れました。快適な宿でした。ありがとうございました。
