"Last minute they switched the room into another hotel and we missed the beauty of Niagra fall from Oakview . Not sure because we register through Expedia and room was not available. Check in took some bit of confusion."

"When we arrived Edith and Georgette helped us settle in our rooms fast and efficiently. The rooms were overall clean and had a nice view. Staff was nice and helpful ready to answer any concerns. Lastly, the breakfast buffet they served good food and staff was very nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay in the hotel and wish to stay there soon again! Thank you! "

"The room was clean and as advertised Water park was ready to receive the large traffic. They allowed us to extend our checkout which was appreciated as they got us to then order breakfast at the buffet. I was pleasantly surprised overall and would bring my nephews back again to enjoy the resort "
