「The room was quite clean, but I don't know why there were some chicken feathers in the bath towel and on the bed. Everything else was fine. It would be great if they could put disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, slippers and other things.」

「Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the staff was exceptional. We love that the hotel was located within walking distance of the falls and the casino. This is one of the only places we will stay when we visit Niagara falls. 」

「This place is so great! Staff is so welcoming and accommodating. Front desk staff is beyond impressive and personable. We come to NF every now and then and when we do, we stay at the Giacomo. Complimentary breakfast is great too. Sky view longe is an added bonus with awesome views. Obviously, we ’ll be back. 」
