Our phone in our room did not work . The pool area was a disappointment. The water was cloudy and cold Towels were laying all over the floor. The handrail going into the pool was wobbly and not very secure. "

"My stay at Wingate by Wyndham Niagara Falls was decent. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Niagara Falls. Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was a nice bonus. Overall, a convenient and decent place to stay"
