"The room seemed clean, although we found a couple of dead bugs stuck to the wall/ceiling in the room. The common areas need extra work. The carpet in the hallway had a lot of stains. There were strong weird smells in the hallway being masked by some flowery air freshener, which made it even worse. ..."
