"When we arrived we found that the property was not cleaned properly. There was a plastic cup on the porch, dirty kitchen floor, empty water bottle in the bedroom, and dirty beds. Lights didn’t work in one of the bedrooms and we couldn’t find the thermostat as it was too hot during our stay. We tried to contact the owner many times and left a voicemail but they were completely unresponsive despite sending automated messages to us about contacting them if we needed help.
