「Room was so spacious for a group of 7 of us including infant. Our flight arrived early & they were so helpful to arrange early check in for us. Reception & house keeping services were great as well.」

「We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online. Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a tasty lunch. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate for the price! Overall a great value hotel and in a good location to explore Hanoi.」

「staff is always helpful, however hotel could have more better choices for breakfast ( healthier, better coffee ) and could be going bit greener for eco reasons. but staff very helpful and friendly always. why not arrange cooperation with GAU cafe shop across the street for coffee/pastry???」
