"Hotel was clean and in a decent location. Convenient if you are going to a Broadway show as you can hop on the 2 or 3 train and be in Times Square in 15 minutes. Little things were missing, like a Do Not Disturb sign in my room. I asked the front desk for one and they never sent someone up. The next day I had to ask Housekeeping for one. Another small irritation - only 2 elevators for all 28 floors. And those 2 elevators are shared with housekeeping; it wasn't uncommon to wait 10 or more minutes for an elevator. Very inconvenient if your key card didn't work and you had to go back to the front desk. Otherwise, a pleasant stay. "

"Location was great! They stored our luggage for us prior to our check-in time and after we checked out, so we could finish touring the area. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good. The only negative things were our room was not ready at the check-in time (we had to wait 45 minutes), the small convenient store was poorly stocked and the dishwasher had dirty dishes left in it. "
