Exceptional service...

I spent one night & would certainly book here again for whenever I'm in New York. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations but that didn't take away from the great ambience, and exceptional customer service from front desk. The hotel is very clean & I had no complaints about my room. I actually had a good night's rest. Would certainly book here again in the near future.

Great overnight stay

This is a fantastic hotel it’s extremely clean there is a renovation you don’t notice it though. On some of the other floors is very quiet the staff is very good exceptional. Very helpful Falen At the front desk is very helpful He is an excellent representative for this hotel I just can’t say enough things about this hotel it’s just a nice good stay long or short. Very close to JFK only cost about $12 to take a Uber to emirates terminal Everything is nice and modern

Great, clean, revamped hotel. Will use again.

This hotel has been completely redone. I was a little worried after reading several of the other reviews but risked it because of the price, I was very happy. The hotel staff was very helpful and checkin was smooth. The rooms are immaculate. Overall very good experience with an airport hotel. Just a tip, if you need an Uber to the airport set the location to the rental car center. It’s only $10 and the JFK train takes you right in for free.
