「Stained linens, broken ice machine, ants in the bathroom, whole place was under construction,」

「Rooms smelt musty, damp and old. The air conditions in all 3 rooms my family were in looked like the filters have never been cleaned. Disappointed that they were in such bad shape. We've stayed here many times before and they weren't a whole lot better. We will think twice before we stay there again.」

「Breakfast was toast & cereal, bananas & 1 day had apples. Store bought little Debbie snack. No yogurt, etc . Bathroom needs updated, paint, cleaned. had to push room doors shut to latch. Great location. Rooms nice other than bathroom」

「Coffee was horrible, one day no coffee at 7:45am, eggs were cold, staff was rude. Tiles in bathroom were loose. Old building not well maintained. We have to go to Chisago a couple more times and will definitely get hotel closer to MinneapolisWould rather drive 45 minutes than stay there again.」

「The hotel wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great either. The perks were the hot tub and that it was very quite. The downfalls were the heat lamp in the bathroom didn't work, the phone jack was lose and had to be messed with for the phone to work, the drywall in the bathroom was in severe need of fixing, and the attendant on was more interested in whomever he was talking to on his phone thru his earbud than he was with being helpful and pleasant. For the cost I would say the value was average.」
