「First know that this quaint little hotel is at the far end of the French Quarter. It was not a problem for us but there’s no close places to go to eat. I can’t take anything away because I didn’t know that. The hotel is a historic mansion so as an older property it has it’s eccentricities. The floors creak and a few other small issues occurred however the staff fixed every issue with LIGHTNING speed! 「The hotel facilities were seriously damaged. My room lock doesn't work. After the receptionist on the 12th morning opened the door of the room, she told me not to close the door again. I asked her how i can go out, and she had a bad attitude and was rude, and refused to open the door for me again. I had no choice but to call the police for help because I couldn't get into my room.The room smells so badly of paint, it's like a gas chamber,and a loud mechanical noise in the room.」
