The staff was very kind and always was there when i needed anything! The rooms were so clean and tidy and the decor was very clean dark artsy vibe. The pool at night was the most relaxing thing ever i had an amazing stay will come again!!!
On site valet parking with a turn in off the street is great. Courtyard area is very nice. The restaurant and bar area are very nice. The staff was great. The room and bathroom were small. The room is very poorly lit.
The property is phenomenal! The photos do not do it justice for the court yard in the back. The hotel is also in the perfect place for walking through the French Quarter, and it makes you feel extremely safe! I highly recommend this hotel!
The staff was incredible… friendly and helpful with everything including suggestions for restaurants and local things to do… absolutely wonderful
Room was clean and comfortable and the lighting was incredible. Location!!! Best location… close enough to walk to everything!!! Absolutely perfect!! Only down was the balcony was solid concrete and had to stand to see over it… other than that room was perfect. We didn’t partake in the pool but it looked nice as was the comfortable outdoor area… the tour credit and food and beverage credits were nice. The room fridge was full and didn’t leave much room for anything else… the snacks and drinks were a little overpriced but not too bad… overall a great place to stay. While you pay the extra for the cleanliness and location I think it was worth it
This was the best place I’ve ever stayed in NOLA. So centrally located and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be staying here again.
The room was very clean. Great location. We were able to walk to all of our planned events. The staff was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.
I really enjoyed the location of this hotel because it beautiful and in the French quarter and easily walkable to so much without being on the craziness of bourbon street.
