「I got to the property very run down clutter all over the outside . Roof falling off out front . There was no one at the desk to check me in when I arrived around 11:30 pm . I walked out and never even stayed because there was nobody to check me in. Expedia needs to do a better job at monitoring the buildings they promote for people to stay in. A waste of money .」

「My room was not very clean. The door was not closing, there was a smell in the room. They were no curtains on the windows. There was a lot of light coming in through the windows. I could not asleep due to the light in my room when I went to check for breakfast there was a couple things just sitting in the kitchen area. Self-serving I was expecting breakfast to be served. I get what I pay for not staying there again.」

「The room was outdated, worn, felt dark. The bathroom was not clean, moldy. I had to have someone come clean it. They did respond quickly with someone to clean, but there was some mold discoloration even after cleaning.
Phone was dirty. Breakfast looked ok, but I didn't try it. Went to Dunkin because I was not confident about cleanliness.」
