「We loved this place! There were a few small physical issues: towel bars not secured (fell off when reaching for the towel); loud squeak in the shower door. No decaf coffee offered (but the Yemeni coffee shop 2 blocks away was AWESOME). 「I actually got the "suite" for a family member and his sons. Unfortunately, the pre-teens became mischievous after my family member fell asleep (after a long funeral service). Security called and texted me several times to let me know about their misbehavior. I understood. What I did not appreciate was the tenor of the persons tone as he threatened a few times to "call the cops," even after I assured him that I had reached my family member. 「We were really disappointed with this experience. The building felt dirty with rodent and bug deterrents in every outlet in the hallway. The couch was disgusting and there were areas that could not be sat upon. The shower had almost no pressure - if you have thick hair there is no way you could rinse it out. There was only soap at one sink. The beds luckily were comfortable and felt clean and the space was quiet at night. The staff was responsive when we reached out in that they responded...
