「I checked out five minutes after checking in. It filthy carpets, trash in the stairwell, totally unhabitable.」

「Pool was closed due to renovations but that’s okay because we didn’t have time to utilize it anyway. Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Staff were more than accommodating…above and beyond for us in a few instances. Breakfast was great and there was access to water, tea, coffee and snacks throughout the day and night. It was a very nice surprise when I came back from being in the cold and wind all day to a hot cup of tea! Will definitely stay there again!!」

「The lady working the check in desk was over the top helpful. I had blown a tire from road debris and she was helpful in so many ways. Very friendly staff willing to go beyond their job description to help in a time of need!」

「I stayed 2 nights while a family member was having a procedure at the local hospital. The location was good for my needs. The only deficiency was my room was not cleaned or prepped after my first night. Trash was not removed and bed was not made. After a long and stressful day it would have been nice to come back to a tidy room.」

「A nice fresh feeling hotel one block off Main Street in Butler. We were in town for a rugby tournament and loved being able to be close, have a pool, enjoy breakfast, and have a pleasant experience. A spacious room - added a cot - for our little one and everyone was happy to have room to enjoy our stay. Thanks!」
