「Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. 「This property at red roof Inn plus was one of the filthiest properties I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms were disgusting. There was actually feces in my bed that they guy had to come change my sheets. The faucet was falling off. The walls was filthy. I have a video. I don’t know if I can post it here but if it gives me the option, I’m going to would definitely not recommend anybody staying here. It’s disgusting.」

「The breakfast started closing down at 9:30 when it should have been open until 10. The room was supposed to be smoke free however the room reaked of stake cigarette smoke. Hallway and elevator smelled like someone just smoked some pot.」
