"Their were renovations happening in the fitness center but we didnt know until a day later. They were renovating the outdoor area too. But the rooms were terrific, food was decent, large areas to congregate and meet."

"At 9AM there were no eggs left. Girl just sat around. The choices of everything were pretty limited except lots of drinks. One kind of muffin. I would have liked bran muffins or bran cereal. The evening staff was very attentive and helpful. Next morning staff was same person as food person.."

"This hotel is 100% the worst hotel we ever stayed in. Bugs were present in our room. We couldn't even stay the night, they offered another room and the other room smelled so rank we couldn't get 5 feet inside the door. The hotel would then not refund our money. We called the health department on them. Hotels.com i cant believe you had a rating on this place as high as it was, this was the only factor i picked this place in the first place. They would get zero stars if customers actually go here. Terrible place to stay. My guess is the staff has to be filling these out on the daily. "
