From the moment we walked in & throughout our stay the place smelled & gave off a dirty vibe. The floors in our room were dirty, the bathroom fixtures were broken, black mold in the shower, the chair was so dirty that we didn’t dare sit or put anything on it. We asked for extra towels on multiple occasions & we either didn’t get them or got them hours later. The front desk was left unattended despite there being a sign to staff that “this is the last notice” to staff to not leave the front desk unattended. The toilet seat was smaller than the toilet. We do not recommend staying here.

The hotel is old and needs a renovation. Also, if you have mobility issues make sure that you are placed near the elevator or close to the lobby as the halls are exceptionally long! It was relatively clean it just needs a renovation.

Terrible staff and systems. I stayed 3 nights, each night my door access expired, and I needed to walk a mile to get it renewed with no apologetic gesture by staff!! Also, I forgot my toiletries bag when I checked out. Fortunately, I was in the town. I kept calling, and nobody picked up the phone for hours. Finally, when someone picked up, they said she will have to check with the housekeeping person who did housekeeping of my room, and that will not happen till next morning. The next morning again nobody picked up the phone for 5-6 times. I went there in person; the person at the desk was nice, Laura. She figured that room was not clened. So she made me go and pick up my stuff. Breakfast: Two of the three days there were no fruits or insufficient. Phone in the room did not work, was not even connected (safety issue) and had a number of different room!

This hotel needs a good cleaning!!! Comfort inn is usually on of our first picks when looking for a hotel. This one was so dirty! They keep the entrance tidy but once you get past that it is all downhill. I do have to say the bedding looked clean and was comfortable but we were pretty tired. When we woke in the morning we noticed the TV did not work and the dresser and night stand were filthy. A build up of dust and dirt and a drink spilled down the front. The carpeting looks so dirty you don't want to take your shoes off!The breakfast area was disgusting!!! We did not eat there.The hot food did not have lids so it was just cold eggs. the counter tops haven't been wiped in a long time.There was dried food that looks like it ran down all the cabinet doors.If that is what it looks like in the areas you can see imagine what it looks like in the kitchen. Do Better!!!!! You are giving the other Comfort Inns a bad name!!

Front desk was understaffed, but the staff member was very friendly. We would have liked other fruit besides apples at breakfast, but there was variety in the other offerings. We are also accustomed to more than one towel per guest in the bathroom.

Our room smelled like cigarettes and weed. It was overwhelming. My two young kids kept saying what's that smell. The staff was very nice but the rooms needed help. There was a half a roll.of toilet paper and that's it and no tissues at all ... 3 dead bugs on bathroom floor. It was just one night we sucked it up and slept and couldn't wait to leave the next morning. Very disappointed.

The room was nice and the bathroom was very clean. The entire hotel was mostly clean aside from a couple band aids and wrappers in our room. There was a lot of loud noises from other rooms that kept us up. We also reserved a king bed and got a queen bed upon arrival because the king rooms were full.
