Staff was friendly an welcoming. This hotel was awesome. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was great! Location is amazing with a number of shopping and dining options available. Also, the Penguins practice facility is one mile away.

Location to I79 is convenient as its among large retail and restaurants. The Clarion itself needs help. Our room, #149, has no sink stopper ( difficult for husband to shave ), floor was sticky in bathroom, hair in tub and on vanity top upon arrival.

Large clean room with comfortable bed. Full couch for lounging which is a nice touch. Well lit and spacious parking area . Good breakfast. Staff all had smiles and was greeted upon checking in. A very nice place to stay.

The front desk staff was great especially Joan. The housekeeping was not that great. We left out our towels and garbage outside our door liked asked. Never replaced the towels. Had to go to front desk constantly to get them. Breakfast was okay but ran out of juices very early!! The bed was very uncomfortable!! Probably would not stay again

Second time we have stayed here. For one night, passing through, it is fine. Fairly clean and comfy. Decent breakfast with eggs and bacon. Good price point. Nice to have Bravo restaurant near hotel to walk over for dinner or happy hour. Easy checkin and checkout.
