"Room 1804 ​I had a mixed experience during my recent stay at the CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul. There were several highlights, but one persistent issue significantly impacted the stay. ​The Highlights ​Outstanding Service: The staff were truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. ​Prime Location: You really cannot beat the location. It is central, convenient, and makes exploring Istanbul very easy. ​The Downside ​Unfortunately, we encountered a frustrating issue with the drainage in our bathtub. After every shower, the water simply would not drain, leaving us standing in pooled water. ​While we brought this to the staff's attention early on, the problem was never resolved. Despite the issue being reported, it continued throughout the entirety of our stay. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a much quicker resolution to a basic maintenance matter."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with my experience. One of the highlights of my stay was being spontaneously upgraded to a deluxe room when I checked in, which was such a lovely surprise. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. The facilities were excellent, and everything felt well maintained and the service consistently exceeded my expectations."

"Location was great for sightseeing. Walking distance to Spice Bazar and Grand Bazar (30 min). There is a tram very close to the hotel which also helps for transportation. The hotel is an ex bank and the interior design and accommodation is great. One of their staff, Cem is a great asset to the team. He was very quick to go above and beyond to make our stay great. The breakfast buffet is rather small but has a bit of everything. The do charge extra for Cappuccino and Espresso which doesn't really make sense. Their rooftop is definitely worth seeing and enjoying a drink. During our stay the hotel was having trouble with their internet so this was a bit of a challenge. They also had to put in a topper for our mattress since the bed was rather hard. They did their best to solve the things we had concerns about. "
