The hotel has a great location, close to the metro and many attractions, which makes it very convenient for exploring Istanbul.The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Geç kalacağım için kahvaltı ücretini ödememe rağmen yapamadan çıktım. İlk kez kahvaltı saatinden sonra kahvaltı hazırlandığını gördüm 👎👎」

「Ideale Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt für Sightseing in Istanbul. Sehr schön am Ende der Galatabrücke auf Karaköy Seite gelegen. Restaurant und Roof Top Bar ist empfehlenswert. Sagenhafter Blick über Istanbul. Räume sind sehr klein mit wenig Stauraum (wir waren mit großem Gepäck für die anschließende Kreuzfahrt unterwegs) und zweckmäßig ausgestattet, aber sehr sauber. Wir empfehlen das Hotel. 」

「Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. The hotel is on a major road so could be noisy with the traffic, but the sea view from the room is amazing. 」

「Extremely new hotel in a very conveinent location. Can walk across the bridge to the Old Town area and within walking distance to Taksim (which is not so interesting tho). Excellent breakfast and superb view from the restaurant especially the upper floor (a bar). Dinner serves delicious Italian food if you don’t love Turkish food like me. Some noise on Sat night till 1am though and shower door has poor design which makes the floor flood.」

「Amazing value for the area, perfect spot near the galata tower but not on the busy street itself so the sweet spot. Hotel is upto date and seems recently renovated. Staff amazing, Alp and Abdullah especially, helped me with many queries across my stay. 」

「Staff are the best part of this hotel, particularly Hakan, Ozgun and staff at the breakfast restaurant who helped us make another great memory from our stay in Istanbul.」

「It's more like a hostel than a hotel. There is a microwave in the room which is very useful, but the mugs are cracked though still could be used. The room cleaning was quite random, new towels were replaced but the old ones were not collected. One of the clean towels was stained, probably that didn't get noticed after laundry. The free parking was a real bonus. 」
